The next showcase for Resident Evil will take place in April, publisher Capcom has announced.
The first gameplay footage, story details, and the PS5-exclusive Maiden demo for Resident Evil Village were unveiled at the previous showcase in January. Capcom also promised to release another demo with combat for all platforms in Spring. The upcoming showcase will provide an even deeper look at the game before it launches on May 7 and fans might be able to get their hands on the new demo then.
Capcom has not announced a specific date or time for the event. But the event will include anniversary announcements for the whole franchise (Resident Evil is celebrating its 25th anniversary) alongside new content for Resident Evil Village.
So be sure to check out the showcase in April because it might include an announcement for the heavily rumored Resident Evil 4 remake and updates for the new live-action Resident Evil movie.
