Sony Santa Monica announaced that there will be a multiplayer beta for God of War: Ascension global in the future. It will be available for PS Plus subscribers and then for all PS3 users. The beta will include several multiplayer maps and modes with objectives and interactive environments.
Players can choose between these four Gods and be their servant: Zeus, Hades, Ares and Poseidon. Each god equips the player with a unique combat play-style and abilities. Players can unlock special magic abilities, armors and weapons, mystical relics and much more while earning XP.
