The PC version listed for pre-order on Amazon France.
The french website of the retailer has listed a PC version of the Rockstar Games for pre-order. There is no comment from the publisher or developer yet. Here's the link to Amazon France and the listing.
Remember, Rockstar never ruled out other platforms. GTA 5 releases for PS3 and Xbox 360 in Spring 2013.
