Rockstar Games confirmed that the Xbox 360 version will come in two discs which also happened to L.A. Noire.
The Xbox 360 version of Max Payne 3 will come in two DVD discs, according to Rockstar Games. The US rental service Redbox had leaked the infortion before it was announced. The publisher confirmed via twitter that the first disc contains the first half of the single-player and multiplayer mode. “That Redbox info is not accurate. Redbox only ever rent out one disc, for any multi-disc game. Max is on 2 discs for 360, so Redbox will be renting disc 1 which contains half of the single player story and the full multiplayer game.”
