Publisher Ubisoft announced the release of the next installment in the series.
Ubisoft announced that Assassin’s Creed III will be released on October 30 2012. No other information was published. Just the fact that there will be a new protagonist beside main character Desmond Miles is certain. Although the setting of the new game is uncertain there have been several rumors concerning the place and time the next game will be set in.
Egypt, China, The American Revolution and The French Revolution are only some examples. Ubisoft also announced that 7 million copies of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations were sold since the release last year. AC3 will release for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
