Naughty Dog sprach noch vor dem Release von Uncharted 3 über einen möglichen vierten Teil mit Nathan Drake.
Uncharted 3 Director Justin Richmond von Naughty Dog sprach in einem Interview über die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, die folgende Uncharted-Spiele noch bieten könnten.
Im Bezug zu Uncharted 4 sagte Richmond: “There are a ton of Drake adventures out there and we haven’t told all of them yet, and as long as fans want the games and as long as we find something that’s interesting and will push the medium forward, we’ll continue to make them.”
