Mass Effect 2: Neuer DLC zum Action-Rollenspiel enthüllt? [Update] Bioware bestätigt Arrival-DLC [Update #2]

Einige Spieler haben angeblich einen neuen Zusatzinhalt zum Spiel gefunden, als sie den aktuellen Patch heruntergeladen haben, der interessante Trophies enthält.
Update: Bioware hat den DLC jetzt offiziell bestätigt.
Update #2: Ein Flyer in der Dragon Age 2-Hülle kündigt den finalen DLC an.






Update #2: In einem Unboxing-Video wird der Inhalt der Dragon Age 2-Hülle genauer untersucht und somit kam ein Flyer für den letzten DLC von Mass Effect 2 zum Vorschein, der "The Arrival" heißen wird. Der Satz "The Arrival has begun, l'Invasion a commencé" ist darauf zu finden. Der letzte Mass Effect 2-DLC wird mit großer Warscheinlichkeit auf die Geschehnisse des dritten Teils hinarbeiten und noch vor dem letzten Teil erscheinen. Hier ist das Bild vom Flyer:



Update: Entwickler Bioware hat jetzt den DLC für Mass Effect 2 bestätigt. Er wird, wie schon vermutet, auf den Namen "Arrival" hören. Bisher ist aber noch unklar wann und für welche Systeme er erscheint.
Ursprüngliche Meldung: Ein paar Spieler haben vielleicht den nächsten DLC zu Mass Effect 2 gefunden, als sie den neuen Patch heruntergeladen haben. Dieser enthält nämlich drei neue Trophies, die hinzugefügt wurden wegen eines möglichen Releases eines Zusatzinhaltes mit dem Namen Arrival. Die drei Trophies heißen: The Ultimate Sacrifice, Last Stand und Covert Action. Die letzte Trophie ergab hierbei die Aufforderung "Rescue Dr. Amanda Kenson without attracting hostile attention.", was für einen neuen DLC passen könnte. Die Anforderungen für die anderen beiden Trophies lauten:

• The Ultimate Sacrifice:"Complete the Arrival DLC"
• Last Stand: "Survive all five waves in the battle for Object Rho"

Hier ist zudem der Eintrag zu Dr. Kenson von den Cerberus Daily News: "Historians and astronomers alike are abuzz tonight over a new paper published by Dr. Amanda Kenson of the University of Arcturus. Her team claims that by testing the dust trapped in the gravity wells around a mass relay, and comparing its composition to that of dust clouds in the same system, scientists can create a timeline of when the relay passed through the dust. Her conclusion? “Only a small fraction of the mass effect relays date back 50,000 years,” she writes, “The majority are far older, indicating they were created by a species predating even the Protheans.” Dr. Aurana T’Meles of the University of Serrice met the information with skepticism: “While Dr. Kenson’s methods appear sound, the asari tried a similar procedure centuries ago and discounted it. What civilization could have spanned the galaxy for not thousands, but millions of years? If this were the case, we should have found mountains of evidence of their passing. Where is this species now?”
